Data Retention & Storage Architecture
1. Oral Photos: Raw images are never stored permanently in cloud storage. In Phase 4B, image bytes are processed ephemerally in server RAM and immediately discarded.
2. Chat Transcripts: Conversations are kept in active browser memory and bounded to 6 recent exchanges for context. Transcripts are not permanently persisted.
3. Structured Intake & Results: Anonymized structured observations and completed analysis cards are retained with explicit user ownership in PostgreSQL RLS tables until explicitly deleted.
Account Deletion & Data Purge
Permanently delete your SmilePal profile, past intake snapshots, and consultation records.
